1. Prepare the ground to our instructions
2. Receive the SAGO building, assemble the SIP structure
3. Apply the roofing, clad the walls, fit the doors
4. Fit out the interior
Just get the trades in you can't do yourself locally, such as a plasterer or electrician.

Exclusions
Installation. We supply instructions, but all labour is to be supplied by yourselves.
Electrical cabling. We supply luminaires to ensure a suitably sized item is selected for the voids, however all cabling, power & commissioning should be done by a suitably qualified electrician to current industry standards. This enables you to choose the switches and sockets you want, where you want them (all readily available from DIY merchants).
Internal wall boarding (plasterboard). Plasterboard can easily and cost effectively be collected from local DIY merchant. The product is also sensitive to water. Therefore, we let you get hold of this so it doesn't sit out in the rain whilst you assemble the rest of the building.
Skirting, Flooring & Decoration. These are likely personal to your style, so we let you select the product you want from the place you want, rather than having generic items supplied by us.
